How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
• Email us at mrobinson@silverhawkpictures.com with your order details and we will help process the refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the bundle download is revoked and your license to use the materials ends.
