1. Who we are
This site is operated by MR Edits LLC, a California limited liability company trading as Sky Canyon Studios. MR Edits LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and for the AI Kids Cartoon Quick-Start Bundle. You can reach us at mrobinson@silverhawkpictures.com.
2. Personal data we collect
- Order and contact details: email address provided at checkout and any name or company name passed to us by our payment provider.
- Support correspondence: the contents of emails or messages you send us.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and similar telemetry, collected automatically when you visit the site.
- Download activity: which downloads were issued to your email address, when they were used, and basic abuse-prevention signals.
Card numbers and other payment details are collected and processed directly by Paddle. We do not see or store full payment card information.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver the Product and provide download access (contractual necessity).
- To send transactional emails such as receipts, download links, and account-related notices (contractual necessity).
- To respond to your support requests (legitimate interests).
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents (legitimate interests).
- To comply with legal and tax obligations (legal obligation).
- To improve our Product and site (legitimate interests).
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share your data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, processes payments, manages billing and refunds, handles tax compliance, and provides invoicing for our orders.
- Hosting, database, and storage providers — used to run the site, store order records, and host download files.
- Email delivery providers — used to send receipts, download links, and other transactional emails.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
5. Data retention
We keep order and billing records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve issues and a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are retained for a short period for security and debugging. When personal data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to opt out of certain disclosures. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to deletion. 7. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limited access to production systems. No system is perfectly secure; please contact us if you believe your data has been compromised.
9. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies required to operate the site and the checkout. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
