1. Who we are

This website and the AI Kids Cartoon Quick-Start Bundle (the "Product") are owned and operated by MR Edits LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a California limited liability company trading as Sky Canyon Studios. When you purchase or use the Product, you are entering into an agreement with MR Edits LLC.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this site, purchasing the Product, or using any of its contents, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the Product. You confirm you are of legal age and, if purchasing on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Product

The Product is a downloadable digital bundle of workflows, prompts, character systems, templates, and related instructional materials for creating AI-generated kids cartoons. The Product is delivered electronically via a secure download link after purchase.

4. License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your own personal or internal business video creation. You may use outputs you generate by following the Product's workflows commercially.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product's files, prompts, templates, or written contents with third parties; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source materials beyond what is delivered; (c) publish the Product or substantial portions of it publicly; (d) use the Product to create a competing product, course, or template pack.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the Product. You will not use them for any unlawful purpose, to commit fraud or send spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the site (including malware, probing, scanning, or automated scraping).

6. Generative AI: your responsibility

The Product helps you use third-party generative AI tools. You are responsible for: the prompts and inputs you provide, the outputs you generate, verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of those outputs, and ensuring you have the rights to any source material you feed into AI tools. You agree not to use the Product or its workflows to produce illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, sexualized content involving minors, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on as professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

MR Edits LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, the site, the Sky Canyon Studios brand, and all related software, documentation, text, graphics, and underlying intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the Product to you.

8. Payment, billing, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

9. Service level and warranties

The site and the Product are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MR Edits LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, your violation of these terms, or content you create using the Product.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Product for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your license ends and you must stop using the Product.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site or Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
